By accessing or using Vividfield Clay Studio’s website and classes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to enroll. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Class enrollment and attendance

• Enrollment is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation.
• Please arrive on time and follow all studio safety instructions.
• We reserve the right to reassign seats or reschedule classes when necessary (e.g., equipment maintenance or instructor illness).

4. Payments and refunds

• Pricing is listed on class pages and may change without notice prior to purchase.
• Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the first class. Within 7 days, studio credit may be offered if we fill your seat.
• Cancellations due to safety or facility issues will receive a full refund or reschedule option.

5. Materials and equipment

Unless stated otherwise, classes include shared tools and a reasonable amount of clay. Specialty materials or unusually large projects may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed in the class description.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with studio operations or compromise safety.
• Do not attempt to access non-public systems or data.
• Respect instructors and fellow students; harassment of any kind is prohibited.

7. Intellectual property

Our course materials, website content, logos, and trademarks are owned by Vividfield Clay Studio and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission. You own the physical pieces you create in class.

8. Disclaimers

Classes involve tools, equipment, and materials that require care. We provide safety training, but you participate at your own risk. We make no guarantees about artistic outcomes or professional results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vividfield Clay Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant class.

10. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
